We offer two types of items: Digital Items and Physical Items. Digital Items are delivered to your email address within 24-72 hours.

For Physical Items, here's what you need to know about shipping:

Shipping Information:

We have two stages for delivery: artwork creation and transit time. Artwork creation is the time it takes to make your order, and transit time is how long it takes to ship your order to your door.

Artwork Creation:

You'll usually receive your artwork proof within 2-3 days after placing your order. We provide unlimited revisions for free. If there's an issue with your photo, it may take a bit longer.

Transit Time:

Shipping is fast and typically takes 3-5 working days for US orders, starting from when the courier picks up your parcel. International orders may take longer. All orders have tracking available.

We sometimes offer a 'First in Line' option, which prioritizes your order for artwork creation.

Note: This doesn't affect the time it takes to ship your order.

Overall Turnaround Times:

US Orders : 5-15 days.

Canada Orders : 7-21 days.

UK and Australia Orders : 7-28 days

Rest of World : 7-28 days

Note that during busy periods, delivery times may be longer.
