Can I edit the details of my order once it has been submitted?
+ -Please note that any changes to an order must be made within 12 hours from the time of purchase. It's important to keep in mind that we send your pet uploads directly to our artists immediately after you make a purchase.
How can I ensure I capture the ideal photo?
+ -You don't need to be a professional photographer to take a great picture of your pet. However, we have some tips to share before you make your final purchase. Please refer to our Image Capture Guide for recommendations. We suggest capturing photos in sunny or bright light, and having your pet in a sitting or standing position.
Do you provide drafts or proofs before printing?
+ -Absolutely! As soon as you complete your order, we promptly forward your pet upload to one of our talented artists. Once the artwork is completed, we will send you an email for your approval. We understand the importance of your satisfaction, so we provide multiple revisions until you are completely happy with the final result.
