Step 1: Capture an Adorable Moment - Grab your smartphone camera and snap a photo of your beloved pet! No need for fancy equipment; a simple picture will do the trick.

Step 2: Choose Your Desired Product - Once you have the perfect snapshot, it's time to explore our diverse range of products. Select the item that best suits your preferences and proceed to upload your chosen photo. Additionally, pick your favorite background color to complement the artwork.

Step 3: Unleash the Love and Share - Receive your customized gift and watch your pet's joy unfold! Capture a heartwarming photo of your pet alongside their personalized present. Don't forget to share the delightful moment with us by tagging us or sending it our way. We can't wait to see the love between you and your furry friend! 💕

Tip 1: Good Lighting - Capturing your pet in optimal lighting is essential. We recommend taking the photo outdoors during daylight or in a well-lit room. Our artists directly work with the uploaded photo, so make sure the lighting is favorable and the colors in the photo meet your satisfaction.

Tip 2: Focus on Position - The more details, the better the outcome. Try to get a close-up shot of your pet, preferably when they are sitting or standing. Lying down poses can be more challenging to transform into amazing artwork. For the best results, take a photo directly in front of your pet.

Tip 3: One Pet at a Time - Avoid overcrowding the photo. Capture your pet without any other animals in the frame. Each photo should feature only one pet. However, if you have a inseparable pair of pets and want them on a single product, we can accommodate that request. Please note that all photos undergo a screening process after placing your order. If any issues arise with the photo that may affect the artwork's level of detail, we will contact you via email. In the absence of a response, we will proceed with the original photo you provided.

Please Avoid
Taking Photos from Overhead - When photographing your pet from above, be mindful not to leave their ears out of the frame, especially if they have distinctive pointed or floppy ears. Our artists can only work with what is visible in the photo.
